With your explicit consent, limited profile information (e.g., name and apartment/unit details) may be shared within the app to foster community interactions.

User Types and Data Access Within a Building 

By using our service, you agree that your information may be shared with other users in the building based on your user status, as necessary for internal regulatory purposes. 

Within one building, there are three types of users: Property Managers, Staff, and Residents.  

Property Managers: Property Managers have exclusive authority to create and remove user accounts for their building. They also regulate all content posted by Staff members and Residents. 

Residents: Your sensitive information, such as apartment numbers and email addresses, will not be visible to other residents. However, Property Managers will have access to this information to ensure efficient building operations. Staff members will have limited access to this data. 

Changes to This Privacy Policy 

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. Material updates will be communicated via the app or website, with the "Effective Date" prominently displayed.
